Crystal joined us in 2026. She was born and raised in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. She received her Masters in Social Work from UW – Oshkosh. Crystal has been doing case management for over 16 years, more specifically supporting those involved with the criminal justice system and survivors of human trafficking. She lives with her husband, two teenagers, and three dogs. Yes – two teens (14 and 16) and three dogs (Italian Mastiff, French Bulldog, and Fruggle). She wakes up each day welcoming the challenges that await and the things she can learn. Crystal enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, playing in my flower garden, cookouts, and walks with  friends and family.
