Our Fitness room includes club level equipment and weight machines. The room is available 9-4 weekdays.

- Elliptical, cross trainers and weight lifting equipment
Exercise Programs on DVD
Participants enjoy the combination of a work out while using a chair for stability. These DVD’s are entertaining and a great way to add exercise to your weekly routine. Check out our newsletter to see when classes are offered. There is quite a variety of chair exercise classes to include: yoga, pilates, Qi Gong, Zumba and more.
The Center offers “Strength Training for Women” classes and “Gentle Yoga.” Both classes are led by an instructor, requiring registration and payment in advance. Both teachers have offered classes at the Center for years and have dedicated participants. We have a new teacher led class starting this summer! Qigong! She is a long time teacher, but new to the Center.

Outside Walking Group
This group meets most weekdays through out the year. They are a fun group who enjoys the fresh air and good conversation. Walkers come and go depending on their own schedule and fitness goals.
